From a certain age you look in the mirror and realize that you are no longer 20. With me this knowledge came in mid -30th after a night with little sleep I looked at myself in the morning. With matted eyes, on the right the Matcha in my hand I noticed the external changes. The elasticity is simply no longer what it was.

From the outside, I feel laughing folds or eye folds charismatic. For me, my own life experiences and wisdom reflect everyone. And yet there are also signs of skin aging that you want to counteract immediately.

In fact, there are some helpful methods that we can integrate into our everyday life without needing a lot of effort. The important thing is the consequence and regularity.

In particular, the power and vitality of our skin depends significantly on our water supply.

Sleep

The speech of beauty sleep is no longer scientifically proven. At night the skin begins to regenerate, clean and recycle. After 2 hours of sleep, this process has reached its peak. So if we don't sleep, our genes cannot take on their original tasks and you can see that very quickly to our skin.
