Ingredienser

• 2-3 spsk chiafrø
• 2 spsk soja yoghurt
• 1-3 TL-agave eller ahornsirup (efter smag)
• Vanilla (valgfrit)
• et halvt glas matcha latte eller:
• 0,5 tl Health Bar Matcha + et halvt glas havremælk
Bær topping:

• Frosne blåbær
• Nogle agavesirup
• Noget vand til blanding (valgfrit)
• Soja yoghurt & frugt til dekoration (Kiwi)

forberedelse

1. Mix the ingredients for chia pudding together and let the mixture steep for min. 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
2. Berries, agave syrup & optionally mix some water for berries topping in a blender into a fruit puree.
3. Chia pudding with a little more yogurt, berries topping and other fruits.
