    Our ceramics stand for environmental friendliness, reusability, and recyclability. By using local, natural resources, we minimize our ecological footprint. The production takes place in a unique firing process that saves energy and reduces emissions into the atmosphere.

    Additional projects underline our continuous commitment to the development of environmentally friendly products. Additionally, the waste heat from the ovens is reused to supply other devices, further reducing energy consumption.

    Sustainable industry
    Our industrial facilities are designed to be environmentally friendly and use innovative, energy-efficient technologies. We rely on renewable energies such as photovoltaics and have implemented effective waste management and recycling procedures. Advanced water treatment systems help us significantly reduce water consumption. Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials.

    Through new collaborations with other companies, ceramic surpluses are now considered by-products and reintegrated into the production process.

    Shipping:

    Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. Delivery time within Germany: 2-4 business days after order receipt and Europe-wide: 3-7 business days.

    For worldwide shipping or within the EU, international shipping costs apply.

    Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw your purchase within fourteen days (from the date of purchase) without giving any reason.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods to us at:

    Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made no later than seven days from the day we receive your return. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

    You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

    You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

    Exception to the return conditions Matcha Kits with damaged packaging can only be accepted back against a compensation fee of €5. If the damaged packaging concerns perishable food products, these products are completely excluded from returns.

    In general, goods that arrive damaged and were not properly packaged are excluded from exchange!

    Your matcha ritual begins here:

    1. Put 1–2 bamboo scoops of Matcha into the bowl.
    2. Add about 70–100 ml of hot water (80 °C).
    3. Use a Chasen (Matcha whisk) to vigorously whisk the tea in M- or W-shaped motions.
    4. Within a few seconds, a creamy fine foam forms – ready to enjoy. The heart shape helps you pour.

    Production in Portugal

    In a small workshop in Portugal, each Hearty Mixing Bowl is handmade. The characteristic heart shape is created with careful craftsmanship and refined in an energy-efficient firing process at 1180 °C – for special durability and everyday usability.

    In production, we focus on conscious resource management: local materials, reduced emissions, and recycling processes are firmly integrated into everyday manufacturing. This creates a product that impresses with quality, aesthetics, and responsibility.
