Fluffy Matcha Muffins

Pour environ 7 pièces

• 200 g farine orthographiée
• 120 g de sucre non sauvé (par exemple de noix de coco ou de sucre de répétition)
• 1 Matchapulver El fréquent
• 1,5 cuillère à café de levure chimique
• ¼ TL de soude
• ¼ tl de sel
• 150 ml de lait végétal (température ambiante)
• 20 ml de jus de citron fraîchement pressé
• 50 G beurre végétalien
• 30 g d'huile de noix de coco désodorée liquide
Garniture

• 100g blanc, chocolat végétalien
• Certains Matchapulver

Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Heat the butter in a pot until it is liquid and remove from the heat. In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, liquid butter, milk, and liquid coconut oil, and add to the dry ingredients. Process well together into a dough.

Fill the batter into a silicone muffin mold.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and then remove from the mold. Melt the chocolate, pour it over the muffins, and top with matcha powder as desired!
