Blueberry Matcha Chia Pudding

  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy yoghurt
  • 1-3 tsp agave or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Vanilla (optional)
  • Half a glass of matcha latte or:
  • 0.5 tsp Health Bar Matcha + half a glass of oat milk

Berry topping:

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Some agave syrup
  • Some water for blending (optional)
  • Soy yoghurt & fruit for decoration (kiwi)


Mix the ingredients for the chia pudding together and leave the mixture to infuse in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Blend the berries, agave syrup & optionally a little water for the berry topping in a blender to a fruit puree, then layer the chia pudding with a little more yoghurt, the berry topping and more fruit.
