Blueberry Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

• 2-3 EL Chiasamen
• 2 EL Sojajoghurt
• 1-3 TL Agaven- oder Ahornsirup (nach Geschmack)
• Vanille (optional)
• Ein halbes Glas Matcha Latte oder:
• 0,5 TL Health Bar Matcha + ein halbes Glas Hafermilch
Beeren Topping:

• Gefrorene Blaubeeren
• Etwas Agavensirup
• Etwas Wasser zum Mixen (optional)
• Sojajoghurt & Obst zur Deko (Kiwi)

preparation

1. Mix the ingredients for chia pudding together and let the mixture steep for min. 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
2. Berries, agave syrup & optionally mix some water for berries topping in a blender into a fruit puree.
3. Chia pudding with a little more yogurt, berries topping and other fruits.
