Matcha Hummus

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 teaspoons Health Bar Matcha
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • cumin to taste

topping

  • Black sesame seeds
  • Some olive oil

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Serve the hummus on a plate and top with some olive oil and black sesame seeds.
