Matcha Nippon

  • 300g Health Bar Matcha Chocolate
  • 100g puffed rice (unsweetened)

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Mix 200g of the chocolate with the puffed rice in a bowl. Pour into a brownie mold and smooth out. Top with the remaining chocolate. Refrigerate until the chocolate has hardened. Cut into squares.
