Matcha Porridge with Plums

  • 120g oats
  • 250g oat milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground vanilla
  • 1-2 teaspoons Health Bar Matcha

 

  • 6 plums
  • 100 ml boiling water
  • Season with a pinch of cinnamon and coconut blossom sugar

Preparation:

Cook the oats with the oat milk and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring in the grounded vanilla and Matcha, mix well and set aside. Put the plums in a pot with the water, let them boil down and season with cinnamon and coconut blossom sugar. Put the porridge in a bowl, pour the plum compote over it and serve.
