What Matcha qualities does Health Bar offer?
Bio Matcha Ceremonial:
- Taste: Gentle, full-bodied, umami aroma
- Harvest: First annual harvest, Ceremonial Grade
Bio Matcha Traditional:
- Taste: Intense, vegetal aroma, not bitter
- Harvest: First & second annual harvest, mostly first harvest, therefore also Ceremonial Grade
Where does Health Bar Matcha come from?
Our Matcha comes from a traditional family-owned tea farm that has been dedicated to the art of tea cultivation for several generations and has been producing high-quality organic Matcha for decades.
The cultivation area is located in Uji, Japan, one of the oldest and most renowned tea regions west of Osaka. Thanks to its clean water and nutrient-rich, pesticide-free soil, Uji offers optimal conditions for premium Matcha.
Are organic certifications available for the EU/Germany?
Yes, our Matcha is certified according to DE-ÖKO-070.

Is there a warehouse in Europe for fast delivery times?
Yes, we have warehouses in Germany and Poland.
How long does the shipping of white-label products from HEALTH BAR to other EU countries take?
International deliveries take 4–8 business days.
What are the shipping costs for white-label products?

All accessories are delivered in a simple, brown packaging.
A labeling service is not available, but we are happy to advise on the appropriate dimensions for custom labels.
Do you offer custom packaging solutions?
Yes, we offer the following packaging options:
✔ 50g Pouch (silver)
✔ 30g jar (silver or white) – must always be ordered with a refill pack.
The Matcha is not delivered directly in the can.
Individual customization is possible through your own labels or stickers on pouches, cans, or accessory boxes.
Are there minimum order quantities (MOQ) for private label orders?
No, there is no minimum order quantity.
How long does the production and delivery of a private label order take?
Orders can be placed directly online and shipped quickly.
Can packaging samples be ordered in advance for viewing?
10g samples of our two Matcha varieties can be ordered directly through our online shop.
Since we have no minimum order quantities, you can also order individual products to take a look at them.
Can I receive the official document of the organic certification by mail?
After an order, we will gladly send you the certification.
