Coconut Matcha Energy Balls

  • 60g grated coconut
  • 70 g cashew nuts or blanched almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Health Bar Matcha
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Blend the cashew nuts or almonds into flour in a blender. Not too long or you will end up with nut butter. First mix all the dry ingredients and then mix in the oil and maple syrup. Form the mixture into balls with your hands (slightly grease your hands with coconut oil to keep the mixture from sticking). Refrigerate them to firm them up a bit!
Tip! For the Raffaelo feeling, fill the balls with an almond!
