Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 1 can of coconut milk (put in the fridge overnight, remove the coconut cream and use the liquid for a smoothie)
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 slightly heaped tbsp Matcha powder
  • 1 splash of lemon juice

topping :

  • 1 bar of Health Bar Matcha Chocolate, melted
  • Chopped almonds

Preparation:

Blend the coconut cream, maple syrup, Matcha and lemon juice in a blender until creamy! Pour into a silicone mold and let it set in the freezer. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cover the ice cream on one or both sides with the chocolate and top with the chopped almonds or other nuts. Let it harden again in the freezer!
