Green Goddess Matcha Dressing

  • 40ml olive oil
  • 60ml tahini
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 (heaped) tsp Health Bar Matcha
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 30g herbs (basil, parsley,…)
  • water (quantity depends on desired consistency)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add water depending on the desired consistency and finally season with salt and pepper.
