Matcha Tiramisu

For 4 servings

  • 400g soy quark/curd
  • 1 tsp maple syrup with vanilla
    —> stir
  • approx. 150g oats
  • 320ml vegan milk
  • 4-5 (heaped) bamboo spoons Matcha
  • 3-4 tsp chia seeds
  • Maple syrup to taste
    —> mix

Preparation:

Layer both mixtures in a any container/vessel and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.
To serve, sprinkle the tiramisu with matcha powder using a strainer.
