1. Gentle transition

Switch from coffee to Matcha to 5 steps

Previously coffee withdrawal feels like the worst nastied tomorrow. Therefore, you should definitely find a gentle transition in order not to put the body too much under stress. Therefore, I recommend replacing 1 coffee in the first 2 days, which you consume daily with Matcha latte. Then you increase through another matcha until you completely replace your coffee consumption at the end of the week.

2. The correct preparation

The correct preparation is important so that the first Matcha latte also becomes a complete success in terms of success:

1. Matcha dosing

Put a painted TL Matcha (2 bamboo spoon) in a Matcha shell (Chawan).

2. Add water

Add a little water (approx. 30 ml) and stir in it with the help of a Matcha's better (chas).

3. Add milk

Fill the Matcha with the foamed milk and enjoy.

3. Milk is not the same as milk

The milk in the Matcha plays a large role in taste and here too there are many differences. In the best case, you test yourself until you have found your personal favorite. I love a vegetable barista milk. There are very delicious oat or soy milk variants here.

4. At first more milk than water in the preparation

I would always recommend Matcha to use less water to mix and all the more foamed milk. The dosage can be adjusted later. My Go to mix is now 50 % water, 50 % foamed milk and I love it. In the beginning, I also needed more milk than water.

5. Create consciousness

Always be aware of why the change is important. For me, the benefits were a striking argument after only 1-2 weeks and they motivate all the more to stay with the Matcha. I felt fitter, more focused and healthier and much more alert. In the end I clearly felt that coffee took more than he could give me. Matcha is extremely rich in antioxidants and, thanks to its other ingredients it contains, is not only a natural energy ooster, but also counteracts anti-aging and strengthens the immune system.
