Blueberry Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

• 2-3 cucharadas de semillas de chía
• 2 cucharadas de yogurt de soya
• 1-3 TL agave o jarabe de arce (según el gusto)
• Vanilla (opcional)
• Media vaso de café con leche o:
• 0.5 TL Health Bar Matcha + medio vaso de leche de avena
Topping de bayas:

• Arándanos congelados
• Algún jarabe de agave
• un poco de agua para mezclar (opcional)
• Yogurt y fruta de soya para la decoración (kiwi)

1. Mix the ingredients for the chia pudding together and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Blend berries, agave syrup & optionally a little water for the berry topping in a blender to make a fruit puree.
3. Layer chia pudding with a bit more yogurt, the berry topping, and additional fruits.
