Freelance or part-time/permanent employment possible
We are looking for support in setting up, managing, and developing our Amazon account. You are familiar with Amazon Seller Central, think operationally and strategically, and enjoy making products visible, optimizing offers, and achieving growth on Amazon.
Initially, the focus will be on supporting approximately 10 products. The collaboration can be flexible, either on a freelance basis or as part-time/permanent employment.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for the ongoing management of our Amazon account and ensure that our products are presented professionally, visibly and effectively on Amazon.
In particular, these include:
- Creation, maintenance and optimization of product offers/listings
- Optimization of product titles, bullet points, product descriptions and backend keywords
- Keyword research and Amazon SEO
- Management and monitoring of the Seller Central account
- Checking account health, error messages, suppressions, and policy notices
- Support for new product setups and variants
- Optimizing the visibility and conversion of our products
- Planning and management of promotions, coupons or deals
- Management or support for Amazon Ads / PPC campaigns
- Analysis of performance, rankings, sales and advertising costs
- Creation of simple, regular reports with concrete recommendations for action.
- Close coordination with our internal team regarding content, images, prices, inventory and growth
This is what you bring with you
You have practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and have already managed Amazon accounts or product portfolios. It's important to us that you can not only advise, but also implement changes operationally.
Ideally, you should bring:
- Experience in Amazon Account Management
- Safe handling of Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with listing optimization and Amazon SEO
- Basic knowledge or experience with Amazon Ads / PPC
- Understanding keywords, visibility, conversion, and product performance
- Structured, independent and reliable work ethic
- Analytical thinking and clear recommendations instead of just numerical reports
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amalyze, Sellerboard or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with FBA/FBM, Brand Registry, A+ Content or Amazon Brand Store is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who will actively contribute to and further develop our Amazon presence. You should be able to identify potential areas for improvement, determine which listings need optimization, identify products that require greater visibility, and pinpoint measures that will truly drive sales and growth.
The focus is on:
Account management, listing optimization, visibility, Amazon SEO, PPC and growth.
Scope of cooperation
For a launch with approximately 10 products, we anticipate a scope of about:
8–15 hours per week on a freelance basis
or alternatively:
Part-time from approximately 15–20 hours per week
The exact scope depends on whether you only handle ongoing support or also actively build listings, PPC, content, promotions and growth measures.
