Cakes with Matcha Yogurt

These delicious cupcakes with matcha yogurt are the perfect snack! The combination of mashed banana and tofu creates a fluffy dough, refined with spelt flour and Health Bar Matcha. Simply fry in a pan with coconut oil and garnish as desired with soy yogurt and fresh fruits. A healthy treat for in between! 🍌🍵✨

Ingredients

• 1 banana
• 100 g tofu
• 40-60 g spelt flour
• 1 tsp Health Bar Matcha
• Soy yogurt
• Maple syrup
• Health Bar Matcha

preparation

Mash the banana and tofu with a fork. Then mix with the flour-matcha mixture and shape into small cakes (depending on the size of the banana and the consistency of the tofu, more or less flour may be needed). Fry the cakes in a pan over medium heat with a little coconut oil.

Garnish the cakes as desired with Matcha yogurt and fruits.
