Matcha Twix (Caramel Bites)

Ingredients for 1 tray

Pour le sol:

• Farine d'amande 120 g
• 30 g de floc (sans gluten)
• 6-7 cuillères à soupe d'huile de noix de coco, neutre
• 3 cuillères à soupe de sirop d'érable
• 1/2 cuillère à café de vanille moulue
• 1 pincée de sel
Pour la crème au caramel:

• 10 dates medjool, pierre et trempée pendant 30 minutes dans l'eau chaude bouillante
• Sirop de date 50 g
• 50 g d'amande ou de noix de cajou
• 120 g d'huile de noix de coco
• 1 cuillère à café (Str.) Sel
• 1 cuillère à café de vanille
Garniture:

• 2 X Matcha Chocolate de Health Bar

First, process all the ingredients for the base in a food processor to form a dough. Press into a brownie pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (preheated) for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the caramel cream in a blender until creamy. Spread over the cooled base. Chill in the refrigerator. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and top with the caramel bites! Store in the refrigerator!
