We at Health Bar are happy to welcome Stefanie Giesinger as the new Late Co-Founder to our team! With her enthusiasm for a conscious, healthy lifestyle and her love for high-quality organic matcha, Stefanie is a perfect fit for us and our mission to combine the best matcha with sustainable values and make it known in Germany. Together we want to further strengthen the topic of healthy lifestyle and mindfulness and make high-quality matcha products accessible to even more people.
Stefanie had her first encounter with matcha almost ten years ago in Los Angeles and immediately fell in love with the taste and beneficial effects of the "green gold". Since then, matcha has been part of her daily rituals and, just like us, it is much more than just a drink for her: matcha is a symbol of relaxation, mindfulness and conscious energy. This connection has inspired us all, and Stefanie's authentic passion is a real asset to our team.
Together with our founder Nancy Tabillion, Stefanie visited Japan, where she was inspired by the traditional tea fields in the Uji region. The special quality of our Matcha comes from the combination of Japanese tradition and modern organic standards - this is exactly what we want to emphasize even more together and make it accessible to more people. Our aim is to share the appreciation of matcha and offer health-conscious people access to this special tea.
For us and Stefanie, matcha is a daily ritual that brings body and mind into harmony. Stefanie prefers to drink it pure or as a refreshing iced matcha. The valuable ingredients - from antioxidants to vitamins and minerals - make matcha the ideal companion for her and for many of our customers. Together, we want to further promote these positive effects and mindful preparation and raise awareness of healthy rituals.
In Stefanie, we have a co-founder at our side who inspires and supports us. Working with her shows us every day that we are on the right track with our values and our vision. We look forward to further developing the Health Bar brand together and making organic matcha an enrichment in everyday life for even more people.
