  • 10 strawberries
  • 60g vegan cream cheese
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • Zest of half a lemon

🧑‍🍳 So geht’s – Step by Step

1. Prepare the dough
Quickly knead all the cookie ingredients into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

2. Baking
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out shapes as desired. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Let cool.

3. Cook strawberry sauce
Chop the strawberries into small pieces and simmer them in a pan with a splash of water until soft. Then mash them with a fork and strain them through a fine sieve.

4. Mix the cream
Mix the strawberry sauce with cream cheese, maple syrup and lemon zest until smooth.

5. Decorate & serve
Spread the cream over the cooled cookies. Let it set in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
