How do I create the perfect smoothie and provide my body with the essential nutrients?

Smoothies have a positive effect on our health and provide us with important nutrients and good energy. They contain many vitamins and are also good for skin and hair.

To start the day well-nourished, I like to prepare a smoothie.

"My smoothie is divided into 3 components:"


1/3 water

with 1 tsp Health Bar Matcha powder

1/3 fruits

Example: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, avocado, dates

1/3 vegetables

Example: Spinach, Kale, Salad, Herbs, Sprouts

Once you have chosen your ingredients and blended them in equal parts in the mixer to make a smoothie, you can sweeten it with a little maple syrup if the taste is too strong or bitter. Sometimes I also mix in some nut butter. To ensure the smoothie is digested as well as possible, don't forget to chew.

Chewing produces the right digestive juices in the body, thus greatly relieving the intestines.
