Dein Matcha-Ritual beginnt hier:

  1. Gib 1–2 Bambuslöffel Matcha in die Bowl.
  2. Füge etwa 70–100 ml heißes Wasser (80 °C) hinzu.
  3. Nutze einen Chasen (Matcha-Besen), um den Tee in M- oder W-förmigen Bewegungen kräftig aufzuschlagen.
  4. Innerhalb weniger Sekunden entsteht ein cremig-feiner Schaum – bereit zum Genießen. Die Herzform hilft dir beim ausgießen.
