We are looking for: Graphic Design / Web Design / Product Design (part-time or up to 35 hours) – Berlin

We are Health Bar – a young, growing company focused on high-quality organic matcha.
To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are immediately seeking creative support in the field of design – with a focus on:

Your tasks:

- Graphic design: creation of digital assets (social media, newsletters, print materials, etc.)

- Web design: support in the further development of our online shop (Shopify), visual optimization and UX

- Product design: development of packaging concepts and product visualizations

What you bring:

- Experience in at least two of the three mentioned areas

- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Experience with web design tools is an advantage

- Creative sense for aesthetics, brand appearance, and target groups

- Independent, structured working style

- Resident in Berlin

15 hours/week | starting immediately | Location: Berlin

You want to gain practical experience in purchasing, warehousing, and logistics – and that in a motivated team with clear processes and short decision-making paths? Then come to us!

We are looking immediately for a reliable and organized working student in the area of Supply Chain Support to support us for about 15 hours per week directly on site in Berlin.


Your tasks:

- Support with ordering and coordinating goods

- Maintenance and reconciliation of inventory in the system

- Preparation and checking of delivery and order documents

- Communication with suppliers and warehouse partners

- Support in organizing and optimizing internal processes

What you bring:

- You are an enrolled student – ideally in a business-related course of study

- You work carefully, organized, and independently

- You have an interest in logistical processes and love structuring things

- Initial experience with Excel or inventory management systems is a plus

- You are available on site in Berlin at least 2 days per week
