Event Manager (m/f/d) – 32 hours/week

📍 Berlin | Community & Brand

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a dedicated Event Manager (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (32 hours/week) who will strategically develop and operationally manage our community and brand events.

YOUR TASKS

Event concept & implementation

* Planning, organization and execution of community & brand events (pop-ups, workshops, tastings, collaborations, launches)
* Responsibility for the entire event lifecycle – from the initial idea to the follow-up.

Project management

* Creation of schedules and process plans
* Coordination of internal teams (marketing, social media, sales etc.)
* Management of external service providers

Location and partner acquisition

* Research, selection and negotiation of suitable locations
* Building and maintaining strategic collaborations and partnerships
* Communication with cooperation partners, creators and external partners

Marketing & PR

* Conception and implementation of accompanying marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
* Support and participation in PR campaigns
* Ensuring a consistent brand presence at all events

Strategic development

* Further development of our event formats and community activities
* Driving force behind innovative event and brand experiences


YOUR PROFILE

* Experience in the event, marketing or branding sector
* Excellent organizational skills and a structured work style
* Creativity coupled with a hands-on mentality
* Enjoyment of a dynamic start-up environment
* Residence in Berlin
* High willingness to travel and flexibility

YOUR TASKS

-Communication with cooperation partners, creators and service providers
-Support with PR campaigns
-Strategic development of our event and brand presence

-You are based in Berlin
