We need more support in the area of customer support!

We are looking for employees immediately for approx. 10 hours / week

Your tasks:

• Friendly advice to our customers by phone, email and chat
• Processing customer inquiries and complaints
• Support with orders, returns and complaints
• Maintenance and updating of customer data

Your profile:

• First experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• High service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and initiative
• Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Further information:

• Working hours: Approx. 10 hours per week
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday
