Matcha Marble Cake

Matcha Marmorkuchen

Zutaten für eine Kuchenform

• 250g Dinkelmehl oder glutenfreies
• 60g gemahlene Mandeln
• 1 geh. TL Backpulver
• 120 g unraffinierter Zucker
• 1 TL gem. Vanille
• 30 g Ahornsirup
• 200 ml Hafermilch (Zimmertemperatur)
• 1 TL Apfelessig
• 100g flüssige, vegane Butter
• 2 TL Health Bar Matchapulver

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Grease a bundt cake pan with vegan butter or neutral coconut oil.

First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Blend the oat milk with the apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 2 minutes. Then add the oil and syrup and mix with the dry ingredients from the bowl to form a smooth dough.

Fill half of the dough into the greased pan.

Stir the Matcha into the remaining batter and fill it into the mold as well.

Mix the Matcha dough with the base dough using a fork. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Let it cool down completely before removing it from the mold.

Optional:

Top with melted Health Bar Matcha chocolate and garnish with chopped hazelnuts!
