Our Matcha Journey
- In 2019 we were looking for an alternative to coffee — awake, clear, focused, but without nervousness.
- We found a matcha that is different: mild, smooth, clean. One that doesn't need to be hidden in milk, but can also be drunk pure.
- The trail led to Uji, Japan — to a family-run organic farm that has been cultivating tencha for generations. Shade-grown, traditionally processed, JONA-certified organic in Japan and additionally certified organic in Germany.
- We are growing slowly and deliberately. Instead of large influencer campaigns, we are looking for partners who share our values — mindfulness, honesty, slow lifestyle.

Tier upgrades and downgrades are automatic on a monthly basis. Cookie window for affiliate tracking: 30 days. Payout monthly on the 15th, starting from a €25 threshold.
What we wish for:
- A genuine, organically grown community on Instagram or TikTok — from about 1,000 followers upwards.
- Authentic, honest content style — no glossy influencer look, no diet talk, no hype.
- Advertising labeling according to the rules — #Advertisement in the first third of the caption, advertising tag, the usual stuff. We'll explain everything to you.
- Willingness to post when something inspires you — No strict minimum sales targets. We rely on personal responsibility: You earn what you sell. You remain active in the program with a minimum of 3 sales per month starting in the second month.
Process leading to collaboration
Step-by-Step
1. You apply via our Creator Portal and fill out our form. Don't worry, the data will only be used if you are accepted.
2. We will review your account and get back to you within a few days with a yes or no.
3. If your application is accepted, we will send you a contract and our brand book.
4. Once the contract has been signed by both parties, you can get started – and your personal dashboard will be activated for you.
FAQ about the commission model
General questions
Who can apply?
All creators with their own active community on Instagram and/or TikTok with approximately 1,000 followers or more.
How much will this cost me?
Nothing. The program is free, the welcome kit is a gift, and commissions are paid out gross (you have to record them as income).
How long will it take to review my application?
Maximum 5 business days. We will respond personally — whether it's a positive or negative response.
When will I be paid?
Monthly on the 15th of the following month, starting from €25 in earned commission. Amounts below this are carried over to the next month.
What about advertising labeling?
We'll explain everything during onboarding. In short: #advertising is allowed, no health claims or medical statements.
Are there minimum posting requirements or content obligations?
No. We rely on personal responsibility — you earn what you sell.
What counts as 'active' in the program?
Starting from the second full calendar month: at least 3 sales per month via your code or affiliate link. Those who fall below this number will not receive a care package in the following month, and the code will be temporarily paused. Reactivation will happen automatically with the next sale.
Can I also advertise competing products?
In some cases, yes – as long as matcha brands (e.g., other matcha suppliers) are not your main focus. In case of a direct brand conflict, we'll discuss it beforehand.
Is there a welcome bundle if I am accepted?
Yes — you'll receive our Organic Matcha Ceremonial 50g, a handcrafted bamboo whisk (chasen), a Hearty Mixing Bowl – all in one. Value: approx. €90.
Does my code also apply to sets?
Sets, bundles, vouchers, and already reduced items are excluded from the discount code. However, you will receive a commission via the affiliate link if someone lands on health-bar.com through your link and purchases an excluded product.
Influencer Shop & monthly credit
What is the Influencer Shop?
As a member of our affiliate program, you will gain access to your own shop area where you can purchase our products at a discounted price for yourself.
How much is the discount?
The discount increases with your membership in the program:
- Months 1–6 (Starter Conditions): 25% discount on the original price
- From month 7 (Ambassador conditions): 35% discount on the original price
- From month 13 (top conditions): 45% discount on the original price
What is the monthly credit balance?
In addition to the discount, you will receive €39 in credit every month, which you can use for your own order in the Influencer Shop.
Can I also use the influencer awards for my community recommendations?
No – this is important: For your application to your community, you always use the regular original prices and the normal shop links, not your personal influencer shop access or discount.
