Bananen-Matcha Brot

Ingredients

• Harina ligera de 200 g
• 2 plátanos maduros
• Empuje la vainilla y la canela
• 50 g de azúcar
• 50 g de bebida de avena
• Almondmus de 60 g de luz
• 1 cucharada de vinagre de sidra de manzana
• 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio (refresco)
• Pinch de sal
• Algo Health Bar Matcha Chocolate Classic (picado)
• aprox. Health Bar Matcha (1-2 TL)

Preheat the oven to 190°C (top and bottom heat) and line a loaf pan with baking paper. In a bowl, mash the bananas together with the vanilla, cinnamon, plant drink, and almond paste using a fork. Add apple cider vinegar and baking soda, then mix in sugar, salt, and flour. Transfer half of the batter to a separate bowl and mix in the Matcha. Now alternate adding the two batters into the loaf pan and lightly swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect. Chop the chocolate and also add it to the batter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.
