Bananen-Matcha Brot

Ingredients

• Farine légère de 200g
• 2 bananes mûres
• Pousser la vanille et la cannelle
• Sugar de 50 g
• Drink 50g d'avoine
• Amondmus léger 60g
• 1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre de cidre de pomme
• 1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude (soda)
• pincement de sel
• Quelque chose Health Bar Matcha Chocolate Classic (haché)
• Environ 2-4 cuillères en bambou Health Bar Matcha (1-2 TL)

Preheat the oven to 190°C (top and bottom heat) and line a loaf pan with baking paper. In a bowl, mash the bananas together with the vanilla, cinnamon, plant drink, and almond paste using a fork. Add apple cider vinegar and baking soda, then mix in sugar, salt, and flour. Transfer half of the batter to a separate bowl and mix in the Matcha. Now alternate adding the two batters into the loaf pan and lightly swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect. Chop the chocolate and also add it to the batter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.
