Matcha Pancakes

Ingrédients pour 3 portions

Ingrédients secs:

• 185 G Farine orthographiée
• 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
• 1 cuillère à café de vanille terrestre
• 1 cuillère à café (fréquemment) Health Bar Matchapulver
Ingrédients liquides:

• 250 ml de lait végétal
• 1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre de cidre de pomme
• 2 cuillères à soupe de sirop d'érable
• 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile de noix de coco neutre (+ plus pour la casserole)
Garniture:

• Sirop d'érable

Combine the plant-based milk with the apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Let it rest for 3 minutes. Then add the remaining liquid ingredients and mix.

Mix the dry ingredients separately and stir them with the liquid ingredients to form a smooth dough.

Grease a large pan with some neutral coconut oil. Fill a little batter into the pan in a circular pancake shape and cook on medium heat for about 1 minute per side. Repeat until the batter is used up.

Top the pancakes with maple syrup to taste.
