Was ist Matcha?

What is Matcha ?

Matcha is grounded green tea in its purest form, but contains more secondary plant substances ( color, fragrance, and flavor) and is therefore better than conventional green tea.

What makes Matcha powder so healthy is the high content of healthy antioxidants that support the immune system and have anti-aging benefits. Because unlike green tea, where the tea leaves are only brewed in hot water, with matcha you drink the whole grounded tea leaves. This explains the more intensive taste of Matcha.

Qualitätsgarantie

Leaves from the first and second harvest in spring are used for our organic Matcha Traditional with Ceremonial Grade. These are mild yet intense in taste and differ in quality (taste and color) from all subsequent harvests that follow in the other months of the year.another difference in quality is the harvesting and processing by hand.hardly any machines are used in the harvesting of our matcha. The first leaves are picked by hand, gently steamed and ground with granite stones. No pesticides are used in cultivation. Annual soil samples and laboratory tests for heavy metal and radiation contamination are carried out to ensure the best possible quality. In addition, each batch is carefully checked for its mineral properties. Our quality is confirmed by the strict standards of the organic certificate of the Japanese certification body JONA and the German organic certification.

Nancy Tabillion

One of my favorite matcha brands I’ve tried! It’s very smooth, has a good flavor, and is an overall good matcha for a reasonable price. I will def buy it again!

Mein absoluter Lieblings-Matcha 💚

Super delicious

I have always had the ceremonial variant, but I must say that I am convinced by these. Tastes super good and has a really nice color.

My all-time favorite Matcha <3

Absolutely recommended! I have already tried countless brands and always come back to this one. This is by far the best Matcha! 🍵 It tastes perfectly "green" to me and is also easy to dose. I don't need a sieve because this one is so finely ground! The color is always my highlight! So beautifully bright and deep green! 😍 I always reorder the 250g package. TOTALLY worth it!

Absolutely recommended price-performance ratio

I have been using the Healthbar Matcha for so long - I have always drunk a lot of matcha, so over time I have tried many different powders from different brands. Hardly any tastes as good and 'real' as this one - especially for this price-performance ratio. Clear recommendation! Unfortunately, the large package only lasts me 2 months🙈

Heartfelt recommendation

I drink matcha twice a day and love it. I wish there were larger metal containers, as I will definitely buy the largest package next time, since due to my consumption it is the best option. So buy and try - so far I haven't found a better matcha anywhere.

Super delicious - everything as shown and described.

the more affordable sister of ceremonial matcha

A great, more affordable alternative to ceremonial-grade matcha — perfect if you want to enjoy café-quality matcha at home. You can barely taste the difference from 100% first-harvest matcha. I think it's so cool that you're offering this, because not everyone can afford a €6 matcha at a café.
