We are Health Bar – a young, growing company specializing in high-quality organic matcha.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for support in the area of social media – with a focus on:

Your tasks:

1. Content planning & implementation: Development, planning and management of content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).
2. Community Management: Supporting our community through active engagement, interaction, and responding to messages and comments.
3. Trend research: Monitoring current social media trends to generate ideas and new formats for our channels.
4. Support with Meta Ads: Assistance in the creation and maintenance of advertising campaigns.
5. Monitoring & Reporting: Evaluation of the performance of individual posts and deriving learnings for future content.
6. Support with all content-relevant topics in everyday marketing.

What you bring with you:

1. Experience in social media management.
2. Passion for social media, trends and creative content.
3. Safe use of Instagram, TikTok and Co.
4. Initiative, creativity and a structured way of working.
