    After use, it is important to clean the Matcha Whisk with water only and not to use dish soap. To do this, simply hold the whisk under warm water and gently wipe it with your hands. Alternatively, you can soak the whisk in warm water for 1 minute. After that, the usual preparation of Matcha should be repeated completely without Matcha Powder to clean the whisk optimally. Now shake out the whisk over the sink and be sure to let it dry with the struts facing down. Otherwise, mold could form in the handle. Ideally, you put the whisk on the Matcha Whisk Holder "Chasen Yasume".

    MANUFACTURE

    Only bamboo that is at least 2 years old is used for production. Pieces of bamboo are cut to fit the length. To make the struts, the inner material is removed. From the solid skin, 80 thin struts are now cut. A thread is attached to the end of the struts to provide the necessary support. The other end of the struts are twisted with a knife and grounded. Thus, the Chasen is not only robust, but also offers the fine Matcha Powder hardly any opportunity to attach to the surface.
