Cos'è il matcha?

Il matcha è un tè verde macinato nella sua forma più pura, ma contiene più sostanze vegetali secondarie (colore, fragranza e sostanze aromatiche) ed è quindi migliore del tè verde convenzionale.
Ciò che caratterizza la polvere di matcha è un'alta percentuale di antiossidanti sani che supportano il sistema immunitario e contrastano il processo di invecchiamento. Perché a differenza del tè verde, dove le foglie di tè tirano solo l'acqua calda, puoi bere completamente le foglie di tè macinate al matcha. Il gusto è tanto più intenso.

Cosa significa cerimoniale e come riconosci la massima qualità?

Il nostro matcha cerimoniale ha la massima qualità, il che significa che le foglie del primo raccolto sono state utilizzate in primavera. Questi sono particolarmente miti e differiscono qualitativamente (gusto e colore) da tutti i raccolti successivi che seguono negli altri mesi dell'anno.
Un'altra differenza di qualità è la raccolta e l'elaborazione a mano.
Difficilmente non vengono utilizzate macchine nel raccolto del nostro matcha. Le prime foglie vengono raccolte a mano, delicatamente al vapore e macinate con pietre di granito.

L'estensione avviene senza pesticidi. Vengono eseguiti campioni annuali del suolo, nonché test di laboratorio relativi all'esposizione di metalli pesanti e radiazioni per poter fornire la migliore qualità possibile. Inoltre, ogni lotto viene attentamente controllato per la sua proprietà minerale.

La nostra qualità è confermata da severi standard dell'eco-certificato dell'organo di certificazione giapponese Jona e della certificazione biologica tedesca.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.

Exception of the return conditions Matcha Kits, which have damaged packaging, we can only withdraw against a compensation fee of EUR 5. If it is a damaged packaging regarding perishable food, these products are completely excluded from the return.

Matcha chocolate - benefit

Matcha is rich in antioxidants that not only strengthen our immune system, but also slow down the aging process.

The ingredients:

Organic cocoa butter: rich in minerals and vitamin E + K
Organic cane sugar (unaffected): rich in valuable minerals, impresses with its fine caramel grade
Bio-Härdrinkrinkpulver (gluten-free): rich in vitamins and minerals such as magnesium and iron
Bio-Matcha tea: the energy booster of the first harvest of Health Bar
Bio- Sojalecithin (GVO-free): ensures the faster absorption of nutrients and strengthens brain and nerve cells

The chocolate is gently melted at max. 48 degrees. This ensures that all benefits of the matcha are fully preserved. The Health Bar Chocolate is vegan, gluten -free and without sophisticated sugar.
