In principle, you can bake and cook with any matcha powder. Many people use a lower-quality matcha for dishes or drinks with strong flavors because the delicate flavor is otherwise lost.
However, at Health Bar, we consciously recommend high-quality matcha – even for baking or cooking. Because the better the quality, the more delicate and harmonious the flavor remains.
Our Organic Matcha Traditional Perfect. It has a slightly stronger flavor and is more affordable, making it ideal for creative recipes that require the preservation of the matcha flavor despite the use of other ingredients.
For recipes that do not require excessive heating (such as desserts or shakes), we recommend our particularly mild and high-quality Organic Matcha Ceremonial, as this is where the delicate taste comes out particularly well.
