Matcha Twix (Caramel Bites)

Ingredients for 1 tray

Para el suelo:

• 120 g de harina de almendras
• 30 g de avena (Gluten -Free)
• 6-7 cucharadas de aceite de coco, neutral
• 3 cucharadas de jarabe de arce
• 1/2 cucharadita de vainilla molida
• 1 pizca de sal
Para la crema de caramelo:

• 10 fechas de medjool, piedra y empapadas durante 30 minutos en agua caliente hirviendo
• Jarabe de 50 g de fecha
• 50 g de almendras o anacardos
• 120 g de aceite de coco
• 1 cucharadita (str.) Salt
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla
Cubierta:

• 2 x chocolate matcha de Health Bar

First, process all the ingredients for the base in a food processor to form a dough. Press into a brownie pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (preheated) for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the caramel cream in a blender until creamy. Spread over the cooled base. Chill in the refrigerator. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and top with the caramel bites! Store in the refrigerator!
