Blueberry Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

• 2-3 cuillères à soupe de graines de chia
• 2 cuillères à soupe de yaourt de soja
• 1-3 tl d'agave ou de sirop d'érable (selon le goût)
• Vanille (facultative)
• Un demi-verre de Matcha Latte ou:
• 0,5 TL Health Bar Matcha + demi-verre de lait d'avoine
Topping des baies:

• Bleulles surgelées
• Un peu de sirop d'agave
• Un peu d'eau à mélanger (facultatif)
• Yaourt de soja et fruits pour la décoration (kiwi)

1. Mix the ingredients for the chia pudding together and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Blend berries, agave syrup & optionally a little water for the berry topping in a blender to make a fruit puree.
3. Layer chia pudding with a bit more yogurt, the berry topping, and additional fruits.
