Smoothies as a perfect nutrient supplier

How do I create the perfect smoothie and provide my body with the most important nutrients?

Smoothies have a positive effect on our health and provide us with important nutrients and good energy. They contain many vitamins and are also good for skin and hair.

To start the day well, I would be happy to prepare a smoothie.

In my nutritional philosophy, on the one hand, it is about supplying the body with sufficient nutrients every day, and on the other hand, it is also important to ensure a well -filled water balance.  Both can be combined in the smoothie. 

My smoothie is divided into 3 building blocks:


1/3 water

With 1 tsp Health Bar Matcha powder

1/3 fruits

Example: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, avocado, dates

1/3 vegetables

Example: spinach, kale, salad, herbs, sprouts

If you have chosen your ingredients and mixed in equal parts in the mixer into a smoothie, you can still sweeten with some maple syrup if necessary, the taste should be tart or bitter. Sometimes I mix some nutmus. So that the smoothie is digested as best as possible, chewing does not forget.

By chewing, the right digestive juices are formed in the body and thus relieve the intestine enormously.
