Ingredients

• 200g helles Mehl
• 2 reife Bananen
• Prise Vanille & Zimt
• 50g Zucker
• 50g Haferdrink
• 60g helles Mandelmus
• 1 EL Apfelessig
• 1 TL Baking Soda (Natron)
• Prise Salz
• Etwas Health Bar Matcha Schokolade Classic (gehackt)
• Ca. 2-4 Bambuslöffel Health Bar Matcha (1-2 TL)

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top and bottom heat and lay out a box shape with baking paper. In a bowl, crush the bananas together with the vanilla, the cinnamon, plant drink and almondmus with a fork.
