Küchlein with Matcha yogurt
These delicious cakes with Matcha yoghurt are the perfect snack! The combination of crushed banana and tofu results in a fluffy dough that with spelled flour and Health Bar Matcha is refined. Simply bake with coconut oil in the pan and garnish with soy yogurt and fresh fruits as you like. A healthy enjoyment for in between! 🍌🍵✨

Crush the banana and the tofu with a fork. Then mix with the flour-match mixture and form too small cakes (depending on the size of the banana and consistency of the tofus, more or less flour is necessary). Bake the cakes in a pan, on medium heat, with a little coconut oil.
Garnish the cakes with Matcha yogurt and fruits at will.
