Cherry muffins with Matcha

For 8-10 muffins

DRY INGREDIENTS

• 200 g spelt flour
• 100 g coconut blossom sugar
• 1 pinch ground vanilla
• 1.5 tsp baking powder
• 0.25 tsp baking soda
• 0.25 tsp salt
LIQUID INGREDIENTS

• 100 g vegan butter
• 175 g plant-based milk
• 1 splash lemon
• 170 g pitted cherries from a jar
• 2 bars of Matcha Chocolate from Health Bar

preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Heat the vegan butter with the milk and add to the flour. Mix well. Add 1 splash lemon. Then carefully lift the cherries under the dough. Grease the muffin form slightly and fill the dough in. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool well and then take it out of the mold.

Let the Matcha melt chocolate in a water bath, top the muffins and garnish with cherries.
