Matcha Pancakes

Zutaten für 3 Portionen

Trockene Zutaten:

• 185 g Dinkelmehl
• 1 TL Backpulver
• 1 TL gemahlene Vanille
• 1 TL (gehäuft) Health Bar Matchapulver
Flüssige Zutaten:

• 250 ml pflanzliche Milch
• 1 EL Apfelessig
• 2 EL Ahornsirup
• 1 EL neutrales Kokosöl (+ mehr für Pfanne)
Topping:

• Ahornsirup

Put the herbal milk in a bowl together with the apple cider vinegar. Let it rest for 3 minutes. Then add the remaining liquid ingredients and mix.

Mix the dry ingredients separately and stir with the liquids into a smooth dough.

Spread a large pan with some neutral coconut oil. Pour some dough circular in pancake form into the pan and have around 1 minutes on a medium heat. Repeat until the dough is used up.

Top the pancakes at will.
