Matcha Joghurt Bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings

Blueberry Layer:

• 200g soy quark
• 1 frozen banana
• 40 g frozen blueberries
• 60 g rice-coconut milk
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
Matcha Layer:

• 200g soy quark
• 2 level tsp matcha powder
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

preparation

Mix the BlueBerry Layer into a cream in the mixer

Mix in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, leave it briefly. Fill in 2 shells.

Spread 50g of gluten -free oatmeal.

Mix the Matcha layer to a cream and portion as topping in the shells.

Garnish with hemp seeds and fruits!
