Methods for everyday life
Anti - Aging
Great, radiant skin has no age limit. Little everyday hacks make it possible!
At a certain age, you look in the mirror and realize you're no longer 20. For me, this realization came in my mid-30s. After a night of little sleep, I looked at myself in the morning. Squinting, matcha in my right hand, I noticed the external changes. My elasticity is simply not what it used to be.
From a purely external perspective, I find laugh lines or eye wrinkles charismatic. For me, they reflect everyone's own life experiences and wisdom. And yet, there are also signs of skin aging that one intuitively wants to counteract immediately.
There are actually some helpful methods we can incorporate into our daily lives without much effort. The most important thing, however, is consistency and regularity.
collagen
The collagen in our skin ensures our smooth skin surface. From around the age of 25, our collagen production steadily slows, which in turn means that fine lines become increasingly apparent due to sagging skin.
To counteract this, you should include foods in your diet that provide a natural collagen boost:

1. Red fruits and vegetables
such as tomatoes, beets, red peppers, rose hips, and strawberries. Red fruits and vegetables naturally contain many antioxidants.

2. Orange fruits and vegetables
such as sweet potatoes, carrots, mangos, and apricots contain plenty of vitamin A. This strengthens cell growth and stimulates the body's own collagen production.

3. Avocados
not only contain a lot of vitamin E, which fights free radicals, but also plenty of omega-3 fatty acids, which prevent the breakdown of collagen.
Massages
Massages can be used specifically to smooth away wrinkles. Targeted hand movements stimulate circulation and loosen and relax specific muscle groups.
These days, we hear and read a lot about lymphatic drainage, including in connection with anti-aging. But how does it work exactly? The lymphatic system transports nutrients, but also removes toxins. It detoxifies our tissue. Occasionally, a so-called lymphatic congestion can occur. This causes swelling and dull skin. Lymphatic drainage relieves the congestion, thus promoting a fresher and more youthful complexion.
Sport
Exercise is the foundation for our mental and physical fitness. But exercise also changes our appearance: a fresher complexion, firmer skin, and fewer deposits of fat in unwanted places. Exercise also promotes bone development, thus counteracting signs of wear and tear.

Drink enough water
Only when our water levels are sufficiently replenished is our body able to function and function properly. Pure water is the best way to rehydrate the body. Water benefits us directly and without detours. It has a detoxifying effect, allowing toxins and nutrients to be more effectively transported away. In particular, the elasticity and vitality of our skin depend significantly on our water intake.
Did you know?
In Chinese culture, it is common to take several sips of hot water throughout the day.

Sleep
The talk of beauty sleep is scientifically proven to be no longer a myth. At night, the skin begins to regenerate, cleanse, and recycle. After two hours of sleep, this process reaches its peak. If we don't sleep, our genes can't perform their original functions, and this quickly becomes apparent in our skin.

Matcha
Matcha is not only delicious but also natural. Matcha powder contains antioxidants and other plant compounds.
