Blueberry Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

• 2-3 EL Chiasamen
• 2 EL Sojajoghurt
• 1-3 TL Agaven- oder Ahornsirup (nach Geschmack)
• Vanille (optional)
• Ein halbes Glas Matcha Latte oder:
• 0,5 TL Health Bar Matcha + ein halbes Glas Hafermilch
Beeren Topping:

• Gefrorene Blaubeeren
• Etwas Agavensirup
• Etwas Wasser zum Mixen (optional)
• Sojajoghurt & Obst zur Deko (Kiwi)

preparation

1. Mix the ingredients for the chia pudding together and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Blend berries, agave syrup & optionally a little water for the berry topping in a blender to make a fruit puree.
3. Layer chia pudding with a bit more yogurt, the berry topping, and additional fruits.
