The perfect matcha preparation

  1. Add 1-2 bamboo spoons of matcha to the bowl.
  2. Add about 70–100 ml of hot water (80 °C).
  3. Use a Chasen (matcha broom), to put the tea in M- or to strike forcefully with W-shaped movements.
  4. Within a few seconds, a creamy, fine foam forms – ready to enjoy. The heart-shaped spout helps you pour.
