Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. The delivery time is: 2-4 working days within Germany after order receipt and 3-7 working days across Europe.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made no later than seven days from the day we received your return. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

Exception to the return conditions Matcha kits that have damaged packaging can only be returned for a compensation fee of 5 EUR. If the damaged packaging concerns perishable food items, these products are completely excluded from return.

In general, goods that arrive damaged and were not properly packaged are excluded from exchange!
