For perfect layers: Chill the coconut milk well before pouring and slowly pour the matcha over the back of a spoon. This creates the beautiful layered look.

What does the Iced Mango Matcha taste like?

The Iced Mango Matcha combines the fruity sweetness of mango with the fine, slightly bitter notes of matcha. The coconut milk also adds a creamy texture and a pleasantly tropical aroma.

Which matcha is best for this recipe?

For this recipe we recommend our Organic Ceremonial Matcha. Its balanced flavour pairs especially well with the natural sweetness of the mango.

Yes. The drink also tastes great with oat, almond or soy drink. Coconut milk, however, gives it that especially creamy, summery note.
