✨ Ingredients for 1 large glass

  • 150 g frozen mango
  • ½ avocado
  • Juice & flesh of ½–1 lime
  • 1–2 tsp HEALTHBAR Organic Matcha – to the product
  • 1 pinch of ground vanilla
  • approx. 200 ml oat milk or water

1. Prepare the ingredients
Weigh out the frozen mango, peel the lime and halve the avocado.

2. Add everything to the blender
Add the mango, avocado, lime, Matcha, vanilla & liquid.

3. Blend until creamy
Blend on the highest setting for approx. 30–60 seconds until smooth.

4. Adjust to taste
Add a little more liquid for a thinner consistency if you like.

5. Serve immediately
Serve in a large glass, top with lime zest or hemp seeds and enjoy!

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • If you like it cooler, add a few extra ice cubes.
  • For more sweetness: blend in 1 date or 1 tsp maple syrup.
  • Also delicious with frozen pineapple instead of mango.
Can I use lemon instead of lime?

Yes – lemon adds freshness too, but has a slightly different sweetness and acidity. Just try what tastes better to you.

Do I have to use frozen mango?

No, fresh mango works too – then it's best with a few ice cubes for a refreshing kick.

How intense is the Matcha flavour?

Thanks to the creamy ingredients like avocado and mango, the Matcha is gently woven in – it adds freshness but doesn't dominate.

Can I make the smoothie ahead of time?
