  • 1 tsp baking soda

1. Preparation
Preheat oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Line a loaf pan with baking paper or grease it.

2. Mix the dough
Mash bananas with vanilla, cinnamon, oat milk, and almond butter. Stir in apple cider vinegar and baking soda, then add sugar, salt, and flour and mix until smooth.

3. Marbling
Divide the dough in half. Color one half with HEALTHBAR Matcha. Alternately fill the two doughs into the mold and lightly marble with a knife.

4. Topping & Baking
Chop the matcha chocolate and sprinkle it over the batter. Bake for 45–50 minutes. Then let it cool completely and enjoy.
