  • 4–5 fresh strawberries
  • 100 g vegan whipped cream
  • 1 tsp HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha –to the product
  • 60 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C)
  • ice cubes





🧑‍🍳 Here's how – step by step

1. Prepare strawberries:
Chop the strawberries into small pieces, place them in a small saucepan with a splash of water and simmer until soft.

2. Puree:
Strain the soft strawberries through a fine sieve to create a smooth strawberry puree. Then let it cool.

3. Whip the cream:
Whip the vegan cream until stiff and carefully fold in the cooled strawberry puree.

4. Mix the matcha:
Beat HEALTHBAR Ceremonial Matcha with the hot water using a bamboo whisk (or milk frother) until smooth and frothy.

5. Serving:
Place ice cubes in a glass, pour in the matcha, and top with the strawberry cream. Stir lightly to taste and enjoy.
