Double Mango Matcha
- 80 ml Mango puree
- 150 ml coconut rice milk
- 2g Matcha
- 60 ml water
- For Mango Cloud: 2 tablespoons Mango puree & 2 tbsp vegan cream
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Pour mango puree into a glass.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes and then with coconut rice milk.
3. Whisk the matcha with water until frothy.
4. Carefully pour the matcha over the ice cubes and coconut milk.
5. For the mango cloud, mix some mango puree with vegan cream and top the matcha with it.
